Iran-Venezuela economic commission meeting to start March 6

TEHRAN (IRNA) -- The 4th Iran-Venezuela Joint Economic Commission meeting is to be held from March 6-7 at Ministry of Industries and Mines.

According to the ministry, the commission will be co-chaired by Iran's Commerce Minister Alireza Tahmasbi and his Venezuelan counterpart.

During the meeting, the two sides are to exchange views on expansion of economic and industrial cooperation.

The two sides’ private sectors and state-run companies would discuss issues of mutual interests and are to sign 14 memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and 25 agreements on expansion of industrial, mining, economic, commercial, and customs cooperation.
